As a Procurement Analyst we will be responsible for helping Turbo Ski undergo a Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation to a center-led procurement model that will provide the ability to build a seamless, efficient, and scalable end-to-end user experience to support improved company performance with appropriate controls and governance. If you find happiness in helping others build and handle Purchase Orders, passionate about prioritizing priorities in a multifaceted and fluid organization, are diligent as well as highly organized, and can approach work with a goal of constant improvement and increased efficiency, this role could be the flawless match for you!
- Experience in a fast-growing global company with Large Tech and / or Marketing along with contract management experience as a plus.
- 2+ years experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, and eCatalog.
- A strong understanding of Purchase Order Processing technology and processes is required
- Proven success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs
- Outstanding interpersonal and time-management skills, with high attention to detail
- Excel in effective and positive communications and experience in building remote relationships.
- Previous experience with Coupa or another ERP system is an advantage
- Understanding of leading P2P technology practices and trends preferred
