Process/Manufacturing Engineer

We are based out of Morristown, NJ and we have been providing contingent labor to our clients for last 25 years. In 2015 we placed more than 6,000 contractors across select 100+ clients that we service. End client for this project is a large legal organization with operations in more than 100 countries and has more than 50,000 employees around the world. Responsibilities will include supporting the process and equipment development for the detector assemblies.

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

• Performing Design of Experiments (DOE) to develop process parameters, coordinating the fabrication of parts, commissioning and operation of process and test equipment, and supporting the diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.

• Work closely with an integrated engineering and operations team, using Six Sigma methodology to tackle the technical challenge.

• Engineering Major, Mechanical, Materials or Chemical Engineer Experience with machining of micron precision components*** VERY IMPORTANT

• Data collection experience

• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate strong team and interpersonal skills

Experience with a chemical background or vacuum casting would be a plus.
