Purpose of the Job

Execute and lead loss‑elimination, problem‑solving, and process‑control activities for assigned RRP & CC lines. Ensure full application of IMS, OPEN+ systems, and PMI standards. Act as process expert and on‑floor troubleshooting coach.

 

General Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Pillar Member for assigned pillar.
  • Support the Line Lead in implementing Standard Work (AM steps, quality tools, problem‑solving SWP).
  • Build and assess team capabilities according to IOS/OPEN+ step‑up requirements.
  • 24-hr accountability for results and organizational health of the line

 

Sustainability

  • Ensure full compliance with PMI and legal EHS standards.
  • Promote a preventive, transparent, and interdependent safety culture.
  • Participate in investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Conduct regular health checks and audits to verify compliance with standards.
  • Lead the reapplication of sustainability initiatives (top to bottom and bottom to top)

 

Quality

  • Own and maintain process centerlines (CL) and control strategies.
  • Maintain and update CL standards to meet product quality requirements.
  • Establish, validate, and update process standards and operating parameters.
  • Establish control strategies for out‑of‑limit situations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure Kaizens and reapplications follow QMS requirements.
  • Lead problem‑solving using standard tools

 

Delivery / Cost

  • Lead structured problem-solving using tools such as IPS, 6W2H, UPS, Q-Flag, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive loss elimination initiatives to improve OEE, productivity, and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve process performance.
  • Lead vertical start-up and process validation activities for new initiatives and projects.
  •  Analyze production data, KPIs, and DMS metrics.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of line performance data.
  • Support Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and provide recommendations to achieve targets.
  • Maintain process documentation and records.
  • Set and maintain changeover standards for all SKUs.
  • Review changeover CL and coach teams to improve RCO performance.
  • Lead implementation of process changes, kaizens, and reapplication initiatives.
  • Ensure risk assessments are conducted before process modifications.
  • Share best practices and benchmark improvements across lines and departments.

 

Morale

  • Coach Equipment Owners (EOs) and technicians on centerlining, process control, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and qualification programs.
  • Support autonomous maintenance and self-sufficient team development

 

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Must have Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial/mechanical environments
  • Must have experience in process improvements, operational excellence
  • With background in Autonomous Maintenance
  • Experience with IWS 
  • Basic–advanced English proficiency
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Data visualization & storytelling

 

Work Location: Marikina plant

Work schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (5 - 6 days a week)
