You will be Responsible for:

• Having accountability for preparing export/import documentation and submitting the same timely and accurately to stakeholders

• Adhering to IOPs and checking deviations prior with stakeholders

• Focusing on data quality to ensure SLAs are met

• Maintaining up-to-date understanding/training of process and IOPs to create documentation

• Performing root cause analyses in the event of escalations

• Training new hires on the process(es)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Individual Contributor role.

• Require functional knowledge and understanding of the overall Business.

• Subject matter expert in own domain

• Require conversational skills to have connects with stakeholders/clients 

• Calling experience is needed

• Experience or understanding of the domain.

• Should have  worked in night shifts.
