Responsibilities:

Core Accountabilities

Process & Industrialization Leadership:

Drive plant layout, line design, process optimization, and ensure readiness for new product launches (APQP, PPAP, validation, SOP).

Operational Excellence & Cost Management:

Lead Lean/VPS initiatives, improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage CAPEX, engineering budget, and KPI performance.

Capacity & Project Management:

Oversee capacity planning, engineering changes, and cross-functional project execution to support business growth.

Team Leadership:

Develop, coach, and manage the process engineering team to ensure strong technical capability and performance.

HSE & Compliance:

Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, environmental, and IATF 16949 quality standards.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal departments and APAC/global teams; support supplier development and technical evaluations.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree with ≥5 years experience in automotive/process engineering

Strong knowledge in APQP, PPAP, Lean/VPS, capacity analysis, and process improvement

Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
