Process Engineer_MA

Job Description:

1. Responsible for standard work execution and updates (SOP, WI).

2. Drive local process optimization and efficiency improvement.

3. Responsible for problem solving activities (PSS) of manufaturing issues.

4. Conduct cycle time measurement and support line balance.

5. Support quality system execution (SPC, FMEA, MSA basic application).

6. Support NPI activities and process validation.

职位描述:

1. 负责标准作业执行与更新（作业指导书等）。

2. 推动局部工艺优化与效率提升。

3. 主导制程问题的PSS。

4. 进行工时测量并支持线平衡分析。

5. 支持质量体系执行（SPC、FMEA、MSA基础应用）。

6. 支持新产品导入及工艺验证。
 

Requirements:

1. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

2. Experience Requirements 3–5+ years manufacturing engineering experience. Automotive industry preferred. 3. Professional Competencies Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean principles. Familiar with SPC, basic FMEA, and 8D methodology.

4. Language Requirements Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) and good Chinese communication skills. 5. Behavioral Requirements Strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, and improvement mindset. 6. Other Requirements Responsible, proactive in daily tasks, and able to execute instructions effectively.

任职要求:

1. 学历要求：机械工程、工业工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历。

2. 经验要求：3–5年以上制造工程经验，有汽车行业经验优先。

3. 专业能力：了解制造工艺及精益原则，熟悉SPC、基础FMEA及8D方法。

4. 语言要求：中文沟通良好，英语流利（听说读写）。

5. 素质要求：学习能力强，具备团队合作精神与改善意识。

6. 其他要求：责任心强，执行力好，工作主动。

Compensation (from employer):
12000 – 20000 CNY (MONTHLY)
