Process engineer

Job Description

Role and Responsible:

• Wafer saw for pre-assembly process.
• Reviews/ Audits/ Follows up assigned process to ensure is running in conformance with requirements
• Conducts analysis of problem area for the purpose to identifying the root cause of all problem
• Provide guideline to all shop-floor and relevant stakeholders in all matters which are related to sustain process and improvement.
• Coordinates the implementation of all approved recommendations with production, QA and Maintenance peoples
• Identifies opportunities for improving quality, yield, cost and productivity
• Provides technical information on process requirements to others
• Reviews released new product/ process specification and requirement to ensure smoothly release to mass production mode.
• Supports and action all customer feedback items
• Sustain and resolves production problems in case of process troubles or instabilities
• Manage manufacturing project to be successfully. 
• Update  Work instruction , FMEA ,Control plan to comply with latest practice

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering related filed.
• 0-2 years’ experience IC Pre-assembly Process or Pre-assembly Innovation.
• Strong background in Pre-assembly Project Management and Risk Assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program.
• Effective interpersonal, systematic problem solving and analytical skills, approach and the ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear logical manner.
• Process and quality control / Quality Management System / Process Audit.
• Good communication skill in English both written and verbal.
• Good teamwork on both informal and formal style.
• Use of Statistical Tools (Minitab,JMP), strong problem solving and analytical skill with logical and systematic thinking
• Expert in technical skill of assembly processes to sustaining and develop operation under pressure
