Job Responsibility:

•      Responsible for evaluating new product requests, providing timely specific RFQ data for the project (such as production capacity, manpower, equipment, jig, etc.), and providing process DFM if necessary.

•      Participate in the whole process of the new project, including tool design/development, fixture design, equipment development/debugging, and outsourcing processes.

•      Lead the production of new product samples and trial runs.

•      Make and update timely relevant documents (Flowcharts, PFMEA, SOP/WI, etc.)

•      Lead the review of engineering documents to ensure their integrity/correctness /consistency.

•      Manufacturing cost analysis and process optimization: Based on actual process data statistics, clarify improvement plans and measures, and be fully responsible for improvement verification and ECN.

•      Train operators, monitor and check the production process to ensure compliance with SOP/WI operations

•      Provide technical support to the production line, solve process and quality issues in the production process, analyze root causes, take action until the issue is closed and a closed loop is formed.

•      Assist QE in resolving customer complaints, analyzing issues, and improving quality.

•      Participate in cross site technical support and technology sharing activities.

•      Actively introduce and implement cutting-edge new technologies and processes.

Other responsibilities:

•      Participate in the system audit process and provide relevant document support.

•     Undertake the safety responsibilities of the position, fulfill safety production obligations, and ensure safety production.

•      Responsible for reviewing, revising, and executing departmental procedural documents.

Job Qualifications:

•      Possess professional knowledge and process development experience in metal, stamping and assembly related products, able to fully understand product functions and customer needs, and conduct process feasibility assessment, verification, and optimal process design.

•      Have rich experience in product process development and improvement, as well as strong problem-solving ability, clear mind, and strong logical thinking ability. Understand PFMEA, 6 Sigma, VSM, Lean and other foundational knowledge.

•      Proficient in office, AutoCAD, PRO/E or Cero.

•      Possess strong quality awareness and analytical skills, familiar with ISO9000, ISO13485 and IATF16949quality management systems, and proficient in quality tools.

Educational Background & Experience:

•      Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to mechanical, manufacturing, and automation related majors.

•      English CET 4 or above. Reading and writing are must, Oral is plus.

•      More than 5 years of metal, stamping and assembly related work experience, with experience in cleaning, cleaning, plasma, riveting, tumbling, welding, laminating and die-cutting are preferred.

•      Familiar with APQP product and process development process.

•      Automotive products experience is plus.

•      Rich experience in PFMEA and 6 Sigma is plus.
