Position Overview:

We are looking for an extremely skilled Process DIFF/IMP Engineer to join our team. This position requires expertise in semiconductor engineering and a track record of successfully completing critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan the integration of new equipment and materials.
• Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to establish and improve process conditions and technology.
• Outstanding skills in upgrading process capability and reducing production costs.
• Strong experience with setting up process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive abnormal analysis and implement effective improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse team environment.
