Private Markets Program Management – Private Equity Product Specialist

Job Description
 

The Private Markets Program Management team stands at the junction of LGT Capital Partners’ private markets investment management activities (private debt, private equity, infrastructure, real estate) and our clients. The team is responsible for a wide breadth of investor relations and fundraising activities, including preparation of portfolio analyses, marketing documentation as well as client communication.

The team consist of more than thirty talented and motivated professionals who work together as a global team from our offices in Pfaeffikon, New York and Hong Kong.

Your main responsibilities as Private Equity Product Specialist within the Private Markets Program Management team include:

• Take leadership in conducting portfolio analyses and developing marketing materials across various private markets asset classes (private equity, real estate, infrastructure) through a close dialogue with senior members of the various investment teams;
• Thoroughly analyze portfolio developments to prepare review materials to existing clients;
• Co-ordinate and prepare responses to ad-hoc requests from clients;
• Compose market updates, leveraging both internal knowledge and independent market research;
• Work closely with several internal teams across our firm to ensure consistent communication and data output.

Requirements

• Master degree;
• Three to five years of prior work experience in Private Markets, ideally Private Equity;
• Proven work experience within an international firm;
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; familiarity with another language is preferred;
• Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications;
• Pro-active and motivated team player.
