We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial thinking Senior Investment Professional to join our Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team to be based in the Zurich area (Pfäffikon SZ) or London. Diverse applications are welcome.

Job description

• Sourcing secondary transactions by identifying attractive managers, companies and potential sellers;

• Transaction processing: lead and organize all the steps of a transaction from sourcing to closing while coordinating deal execution with various teams within the organization;

• Lead due diligence including modeling, reference calls, comparable analysis, etc. with full ownership of the output including preparation of the Investment Memo;

• Support the wider platform where needed on non-related transaction projects or other teams (primaries, co-invest, infra, private credit).

Requirements

• Min. 10 years of private equity investment experience;

• University degree (masters) in business, management, finance, engineering or other major with MBA from a top university;

• Team player with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Proficient English is a prerequisite, any additional language is a plus;

• Ability to work on several time-constrained projects at the same time.
