Job Description
 

As a Private Equity Fund Counsel these challenging tasks await you:

  • Set-up of investment funds and managed accounts (in respect of open-ended and closed-ended private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate funds, fund-of-funds or separate managed accounts offerings) including the general project management, fund structuring, drafting of fund offering documents and negotiations with potential investors on terms and conditions in cooperation with external tax and legal advisers;

  • Supporting the primary, secondary and co-investment transactional legal due diligence;

  • The job is either based in the Pfäffikon (SZ), Dublin or the London offices.

Requirements

  • Law degree from top university. An LLM or business administration education is a plus;

  • 3 – 5 years professional experience in a fund formation role in the financial industry or a law firm; investment or transactional experience and basic understanding of investment tax matters is a plus;

  • English on a proficient level is required (including strong legal drafting skills);

  • In the past you developed a strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to manage complex projects with a large number of stakeholders;

  • You are self-motivated, pro-active and a team player with an independent, efficient working style;

  • You focus on pragmatic solutions with sufficient attention to the details and maintain a strong client service orientation at all times.
