About the Role (Job Purpose)

The Principal TPM operates at the highest level of scope and ambiguity, owning mission-critical programs that define the future of GPU infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across the organization.

What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Own strategy and execution of company-critical infrastructure programs
  • Drive long-term roadmaps across power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture
  • Lead cross-company initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners
  • Act as a force multiplier by bringing clarity, structure, and execution rigor to teams
  • Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and unblock progress at scale
  • Mentor TPMs and elevate program management standards across the organization

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles
  • Deep experience in large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems
  • Proven ability to lead highly complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes programs
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and organizational direction

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. $250,000$320,000 USD
