About the Career
Cotality engineering has deep roots in agile software development using Lean Product, User-Centered Design, and Extreme Programming (XP) practices to deliver value to our customers with very fast cycles.
As a Technical Product Manager, this role involves working with a designer, pairs of engineers, and a group of stakeholders which are domain experts on the application’s needs. You will leverage modern Lean Product practices to deliver innovative solutions for Cotality customers.
You will be agile, adaptable and retrospective; not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it and what we are doing right so we can improve on it.

Be an active member of the product manager community to help grow and hone our product practices
Collaborate with your team to provide technical direction on product, design, and architectural decisions

Collaborate with product and business partners to design scalable cloud-based solutions that deliver value to our customers
Job Qualifications:
How you Qualify
5+ years of product/development team leadership experience, including experience defining and prioritizing product features through story writing
5+ years experience and success working in Agile and/or XP development teams as a TPM, demonstrating strong familiarity with team rituals.
Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus).
Experience with cloud native ecosystems
Experience with Lean Product Design and Lean Software Development principles
Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ability to influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Haves
Experience in helping to design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures
Domain-specific industry experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Mortgage, Commercial or Residential Tax a plus

Annual Pay Range:
129,600 - 180,000 USDApplication Window:
