Principal TCAD Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:** - Making crucial decisions in developing devices/processes for memory products. - Utilizing advanced process & device modeling TCAD tools to guide process technology development. - Offering early insights for new technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address critical issues. - Contributing to intellectual property through patent disclosures.

**Expectations:** - Hold an MS/PhD in semiconductor device physics. - Possess 5-10 years of industrial experience in Device Technology Development. - Demonstrated success in driving innovations with publications/patents. - Proficiency in TCAD with hands-on experience. - Proficient in programming (scripting, Python, C, C++, etc.). - Familiarity with AI/ML approaches for solving physics problems.
