What You’ll Do:

• Lead consulting and implementation projects for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
• Define client-specific solution architectures for PLM, focusing on either Application or Technical Architecture based on project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design tailored solutions, and implement them successfully.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes through effective software engineering practices and methodologies.
• Contribute to the design of standardized solution components as part of our Services portfolio.
• Support the continuous improvement of PLM strategies and methodologies within PTC Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities for new projects and assist in the development of future business.
• Provide technical support for sales and marketing initiatives with strategic customers across EMEAI.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting (e.g., Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Software Development, or Technical Project Management).
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering value.
• Experience leading workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill software, including configuration and customization.
• Solid understanding of IT architecture in the context of PLM (e.g., client-server, cloud, SaaS), software development, web technologies, and databases.
• Industry-specific PLM knowledge (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical technology, electronics, high-tech, mechanical or plant engineering).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
