Job Description:

The Principal, Learning Enablement, will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and leading enablement initiatives within the Enterprise Operations Group. This role is focused on both the enterprise-wide enablement programs and specific role-based learning support for our Client Delivery and Credit Operations function. The Principal will ensure that training programs align with organizational goals, drive innovation across our curriculum design, and support upskilling our associates. Additionally, the role will take a data-driven approach to roll out key training initiatives and provide leadership to ensure a consistent approach across functions.

Key Responsibilities: 

Learning Enablement Program Support (All EOG):  

  • Collaborate with Training & Development (T&D) and HR teams to support the roll-out of the Skills Learning Program, including conducting learning needs analysis, engaging stakeholders to assess current gaps and future skills required, and developing and delivering when appropriate.  

  • Lead the EOG-wide program to support the creation of a customer-centric culture, including contributing to the strategy, planning and execution of learning approach. 

  • Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Lean training initiatives by facilitating high-quality, engaging trainings as needed. 

 

Client Delivery/Credit Operations Function Support: 

  • Engage with CDCO stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and assess current gaps and future skills required to determine learning needs, including innovation of curricula, training delivery, and reinforcement. 

  • Support custom training design needs as per business requirements. 

  • Maintain and track necessary material updates to ensure content relevance and accuracy, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources to address. 

Leadership: 

  • Provide guidance to senior professionals to ensure a consistent training approach across functions, specifically establishing a data-driven approach to manage work across onshore and offshore resources.  

  • Mentor and support training professionals within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, inclusive of learning designers, delivery specialists, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective and efficient program execution. 

  • Uses extensive program and project management skills to manage multiple cohorts of leadership programs to set practical timelines, manage communication plans, and ensure the program meets its objectives. 

Job Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience demonstrating adult learning principles, practices, and techniques in a corporate environment. 

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in training delivery, public speaking, or related facilitation experience, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment. 

  • Strong experience in training program design and development, preferably in an enterprise environment. 

  • Ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Functional leaders, HR, Talent Management, and offshore teams. 

  • Experience leading large-scale transformational training rollouts and managing end-to-end training development, both role-based and skills-focused. 

  • Proven ability to drive transformation initiatives, leading with a data-driven approach. 

  • Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Lean. 

  • Skilled in the Agile methodology. 

  • Experience assessing and creating skills and competency models. 

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to drive consistency across training initiatives. 

  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving business needs.

  •  Experience working in a global or offshore training environment.(moved from Preferred list below) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Communications, English, or equivalent experience required. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Camtasia, Canva, Articulate 360, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is highly desired. 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results. 

  • Experience working in a global or offshore training environment. 

  • Previous experience in the banking, mortgage, enterprise data, real estate, or insurance industries preferred. 

Annual Pay Range:

112,700 - 150,000 USD
