Job Description:

• Day-to-day customer probe system application operation activity with cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing company.
• Silicon photonics and others probe system results delivery, customer issue support, and internal escalation summary preparation.
• Support customer engagement and possible demo activity supporting with FormFactor products.
• Co-work with different colleagues to solve customer issue and provide solutions to customers. Well communication skills in between customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility of supporting Domestic and International business travel.
• Proven "Hands-On" experience with Probe system tool at least 3 ~ 5 years will be preferred candidate.
• 3 ~ 5 years' experience of RF/DC/SiPh wafer testing environment setup/debug is
required for the role.
• Working experience in Equipment Vendor or RD/HVM Fab will be a plus.
• Fluent in English verbal/email/report communication.
• Capability of working with different levels of colleagues include Team Lead, Account Manager and Globally R&D Team.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work | Required
