Principal Engineer Analog Mixed Signal Design

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, including mentoring, guidance, and technical oversight
• Have thorough understanding of analog IC design principles, including circuit design, layout, and verification
• Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support lab design validation and characterization of the mixed signal IP, if needed

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university / university of applied sciences degree/Master in Electronic Engineering, microelectronic, or comparable with focus on electronics
• First experience in Analog design with Good exposure to a wide area of Mixed Signal IC design
• 10+ years of experience in analog IC design, with a proven track record of delivering high-performance, low-power IC solutions
• Expertise in analog circuit design such as bandgap, amplifier, linear and switched regulator, ADC / DAC, Temp Sensors and Oscillators
• Strong understanding of IC design methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Knowledge of digital IC design, IC design automation tools, such as Python scripting and automation frameworks; would be nice to have
