Job description
角色职责:
- RLC product structure design evaluation and modification to reduce sound and vibration.
- S&V diagnosis for problematic RLC products and develop feasible S&V solutions.
- Implement innovative SV reduction technologies for RLC products.
- Conduct sound & vibration testing for RLC products, including vibration test, sound pressure and sound power measurement, sound intensity mapping and sound source identification.
- Perform FEA and BEM analysis at component and system level.
- Develop and maintain the standard of process (SOP) of the sound and vibration.
- Generate technical proposals and summary reports.
- Coordinate and support different sites in Asian regions.
角色 目的:
- With the increasing support request from RLC, an experienced engineer is needed to coordinate and support the sound and vibration activities at different sites. The new hire should be able to conduct testing and modeling to diagnose issues, propose solutions and implement solutions.
最低要求:
- Master’s degree or above
- Multi-years’ experience with RLC products, familiar to each component and system.
- Strong background in RLC structures, sound & vibration evaluation and improvement.
- Expertise on SV testing and FEA modeling.
- Good English communication.
