Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for an International School based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.

Job details

• As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum 
• Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher status with +3 years relevant teaching experience
• Knowledge of world-class science curriculums, including UK and International, and their assessment methods
