Job Summary
The Systems, Pricing & Contracts Administrator is responsible for the accurate setup, validation, and execution of pricing, contracts, and product data across HP enterprise systems. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring that pricing, partner setups, NPIs, EOLs, and contracts are fully system‑ready so that orders can be processed accurately and without delay.
The role serves as a central operational link between Pricing, Category Management, Contracts, Sales Operations and requires deep system knowledge, strong execution discipline, and the ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving system environments.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Systems & HP Systems Management
- Execute end‑to‑end pricing system setup and Patsy submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness across HP and SPTS requirements.
- Configure and validate pricing across multiple HP systems, and related platforms.
- Ensure all pricing‑related IDs, product families, and deal structures are set up correctly, particularly for complex and Price Hub–enabled deals.
- Validate pricing accuracy, identify system errors, and resolve issues prior to contract creation or customer visibility.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing system and process changes and adjust execution accordingly.
Contracts & Sales Operations Support
- Ensure all required system IDs, pricing references, and product data are correctly established to support contract creation and order processing.
- Partner with Contracts, Sales Operations, Legal, and Pricing teams to resolve setup issues early and prevent downstream delays.
- Act as a quality gate for system readiness before deals proceed to execution.
CRM/ Dynamics Pricing Management Support
- Support Pricing activities by:
- Verifying correct pricing configurations in CPA.
- Reviewing and validating local pricing accuracy.
- Provide pricing validation and product exhibits to key stakeholders.
- Ensure pricing data flows is done correctly down the stream.
New Product Introduction (NPI) & End‑of‑Life (EOL) Setup (≈10%)
- Support NPI and EOL execution by ensuring accurate and timely system setup aligned with pricing and contracts.
- Validate readiness of product data across relevant systems in collaboration with Product Managers and Operations.
- Help ensure predictable execution timelines and minimize last‑minute escalations.
Partner Onboarding Support (≈5%)
- Execute or support Partner onboarding activities using established operational processes.
- Coordinate with Operations and Product teams to ensure accurate system setup and smooth transitions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer
- Work closely with Category Management to verify product, pricing, and contract details.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner, translating business inputs into system‑ready configurations.
- Train and support team members on submission processes, error interpretation, and system dependencies.
- Contribute to documenting and improving processes as systems and requirements evolve.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in pricing operations, contracts administration, sales operations, or systems administration within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, product hierarchies, IDs, and CRM/ERP integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HP systems and processes with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
Salary
The pay range for this role is $65,600 to $101,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
