Job Description

The Goddard School in Leander is seeking loving and enthusiastic Preschool Teachers to join our faculty! We are hiring both Lead and Assistant teaching positions, in our two-year-old age classroom. 

Our school is a year-round childcare program for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years, and After School care for Elementary students.

We continue to set the standard for excellence in early childhood education by engaging the best early childhood teachers and providing them with the tools they need to be successful. 

We hire Lead and Assistant Teachers that truly celebrate the milestones that occur in early childhood and believe in developing each child’s natural curiosity and creativity to create a lifelong love of learning. 

Resource Teacher Qualifications:

·        Strong communication skills
·        The ability to build lasting relationships with parents, co-workers and the community
·        Dependability and a commitment to professional development in early childhood
·        High School Diploma/GED is required
·        CDA, AA or bachelor’s degree in early childhood or child development are required for the Lead position and a plus for the Assistant position.
·        Experience in childcare is a plus!

Compensation: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
