What You'll Do

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging preschool classroom.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences.
  • Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
  • Observe, document, and communicate children's progress.
  • Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed early education setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for creating positive learning experiences for young children.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
