Your Role:

Local Kitchens is making its big move to LA, and we’re looking for rockstar prep and line cooks to join our first-ever Studio City team. As a Prep Cook, you’re the backbone of the kitchen, making sure every ingredient is ready and every dish is executed to perfection. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love the energy of a busy kitchen, this is your chance to be part of something special.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep ingredients with precision, ensuring consistency in every dish.

• Keep the prep area clean, organized, and stocked for peak efficiency.

• Assist with inventory management and stock maintenance.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.

• Operate kitchen equipment like charbroilers and kitchen display systems.

• Follow recipes accurately, utilizing digital kitchen systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.

• Physical stamina and a team-player mindset.

• Ability to read and follow recipes, measure ingredients, and organize kitchen spaces.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working in high-volume kitchens.

• Familiarity with kitchen display systems and digital recipe execution.
