Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Precision CNC Turning Programmer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CNC programs for turning operations based on technical drawings and specifications.
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool efficiency.
  • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy of components.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
  • Document production data, including programming changes, tooling used, and inspection results.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in CNC turning and machining technology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turning Programmer in a precision machining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and related machinery.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards is a plus.
