About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to join a newly established Pre-Sales team and become the first point of contact for inbound leads. The role focuses on lead qualification, client communication, and ensuring that high-potential prospects are efficiently transferred to the Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound leads from website forms, chatbots, email, and other channels
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, geography, licensing status, and project stage
  • Gather and verify client information, including company details, target markets, and technical requirements
  • Conduct initial communication via chat, messengers, and email
  • Manage follow-up activities and maintain engagement with prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Schedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to Sales Closers
  • Support lead conversion goals and maintain high response standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, Lead Qualification, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to identify business needs and qualify potential clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance targets
  • Additional languages are considered an advantage

Nice to Have

  • Experience with inbound lead management
  • Knowledge of sales processes and qualification frameworks
  • Familiarity with iGaming products, operators, and white-label solutions
  • Experience using chat platforms, helpdesk systems, or sales engagement tools
  • Understanding of B2B sales environments and lead conversion processes
