DESCRIPTION:
Role/Job Description:
- Development of testcases for modules
- Performing smoke and regression testing on bench setup
- Participate in daily scrums and act as a module expert
- Defect logging and verification
- Analyze the test logs to identify affected module
- Co-ordination with development and test teams
- Test automation
- Accountable for meeting delivery schedule as planned
Skills:
- Proficient in Embedded C
- Knowledge of Linux/QNX, 16/32 bit Microcontrollers
- Knowledge of Infotainment module functionalities like HandsFree functionality, Internet radio(Pandora), Sirius XM, Music Management (CD, USB), Navigation, Camera and Video control
- Experience in Bluetooth testing for profiles A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and PBAP
- Testing on Bench setup and vehicle testing for functional, negative and random scenarios
- Experience in Automotive test tools like CANoe, CANalyzer and communication simulators
- Test scripting using Python and CAPL
- In-vehicle protocols like CAN, MOST
- Exposure to complete life cycle of software development and testing
