Responsible for sustaining and improving manufacturing processes and equipment performance to achieve quality, yield, productivity, and reliability targets within the pre-assembly production environment.
What You Need to Do
- Drive yield sustenance and continuous yield improvement initiatives.
- Monitor process performance and manage lot holds/disposition to ensure smooth production flow.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Equipment teams to resolve process and equipment-related issues.
- Support NPI activities, including product qualification, validation, and production ramp-up.
- Coordinate process changes and qualification activities for new products.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process excursions and customer complaints.
- Analyze process data and recommend improvements to optimize manufacturing performance.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of semiconductor assembly/pre-assembly processes and process control.
- Experience in yield improvement, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and statistical analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
