Praktikum im Bereich "Industrial Setup and Performance" (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Industrial Setup and Performance unterstützt du unser Team bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung unserer Produktionsprozesse. Du erhältst Einblicke in die Produktion hochkomplexer Satellitenkommunikationssysteme und trägst aktiv zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Analyse bestehender Produktionsabläufe und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen

• Mitarbeit bei Lean-Management- und Continuous-Improvement-(CI)-Projekten

• Durchführung von Prozessaufnahmen und Wertstromanalysen

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Workshops (z. B. Kaizen)

• Erstellung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) sowie Visualisierung von Ergebnissen

• Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung von Arbeitsabläufen und der Erstellung von Standards

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von 5S-, Shopfloor-Management- und Lean-Initiativen

• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management

Deine Qualifikation

• Immatrikulierter Student im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

• Erste Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
