RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unterstützung bei allen operativen HR Aufgaben von der Einstellung über die Betreuung bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden

• Aktive Mitarbeit in den Themenbereichen Soziales und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement sowie im Personalmarketing (Recruiting-Messen, Veranstaltungen etc.)

• Mitwirkung bei den laufenden HR-Projekten

REQUIREMENTS:

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Sozial-/ Geisteswissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung

• SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
