Job Summary**

VALEO SISTEMAS AUTOMOTIVOS LTDA is seeking a motivated Projects Intern to support our project management team in various stages of the product lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience in the automotive industry, contributing to the successful execution of innovative projects.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
* Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality) to gather information and track project deliverables.
* Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
* Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support project decision-making.
* Assist in identifying and resolving minor project issues or roadblocks.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields), Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Prior experience or coursework in project management is a plus.
