Resumen del Puesto

Buscamos un Practicante EHS (Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad) para unirse a nuestro equipo en Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. El candidato seleccionado brindará apoyo en la implementación y seguimiento de programas y políticas de EHS, contribuyendo a mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
* Asistir en la identificación de riesgos y peligros en el lugar de trabajo.
* Colaborar en la investigación de incidentes y accidentes laborales.
* Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos de seguridad.
* Participar en la implementación de capacitaciones sobre temas de EHS.
* Realizar inspecciones de seguridad y monitoreo de condiciones ambientales.
* Ayudar en la gestión de residuos y el cumplimiento de normativas ambientales.
* Mantener registros y documentación relacionados con EHS.
* Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua en seguridad y medio ambiente.

Calificaciones del Puesto
* Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental, Química o carreras afines.
* Interés genuino en el área de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad.
* Conocimiento básico de normativas de seguridad e higiene (NOMs).
* Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proactividad, capacidad de aprendizaje y trabajo en equipo.
* Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva.
* Disponibilidad para cumplir con un horario de prácticas establecido.
