Role Purpose

Support the stabilization and optimization of HTR operations by assisting with daily operational activities and continuous improvement efforts. This role offers exposure to a multinational environment and real-time operational challenges.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support activities aimed at stabilizing HTR operations.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes.
  • Monitor daily operational performance and report issues or deviations.
  • Help document procedures, updates, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to address day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established operational guidelines.

 

 

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, International Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Good organizational skills.
