Job description
- Conduct incoming inspection for series &PPAP parts according to inspection plan and working instruction.
- 对直接原材料进行检验根据检验计划和作业指导书
- Support Measurement Engineer to complete MSA and failure analysis etc.
- 协助测量工程师做测量设备的MSA 测量能力研究和实效件分析等等
- Set up programs according to drawings for C/D samples and new parts by CMM etc.
- 根据图纸和测量要求独立编制新样件的测量程序（例如CMM三坐标）
- Maintain fine measuring machines and tools regularly according to instruction.
- 根据作业指导书定期维护精密测量设备和相关检具
- Independently define and implement practical ideas for CIP improvement
- 独立定义措施和实施持续改进的实践活动

- Machining & measurement technical background/technical graduated

- More than 3 years’ experience with fine measurement device
- 三年以上精密设备测量的经验
- Advanced measurement technique knowledge e.g. GD&T

- High skill for precision measure instrument usage and maintain
- 熟练使用精密测量设备(例如 CMM 三坐标，轮廓度仪，粗糙度仪和投影仪等等)并掌握设备维修维保
