PPC Desk Management Singapore Why Join As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our PPC Desk, ensuring seamless execution of trades and exceptional customer service. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to stay focused on delivering exceptional customer service, while maintaining a keen eye on risk management and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and resolve any issues that may arise. What you do - Manage the day-to-day operations of the PPC Desk, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution - Monitor and manage risk, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies - Analyze and resolve trade discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely resolution Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading or sales environment - Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and risk management principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
