Description
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer that can help close the gap between design and manufacturing by working closely with the various factory teams to lead the integration of the inductive technology into products. This is done in partnership with multiple discipline teams including, but not limited to factory, architecture, FW, system EE, silicon, noise and vibration, safety, thermal, reliability, operations, regulatory teams and more.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong foundational knowledge in both analog and digital design, coupled with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
Hands-on experience with prototype bring-up, hardware debugging, and functional verification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive results with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in power electronics and magnetics; a background in wireless power technologies is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of low-power embedded systems and standard communication protocols (including USB, SPMI, SPI, I2C, and UART).
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional firmware teams. Direct coding proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C is a strong plus.
Experience in high-volume product design and manufacturing, including statistical production tolerance analysis and Gauge R&R methodology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for innovation, engineering rigor, and a meticulous approach to quality.
