Power Platform Consultant

We are looking for a Power Platform & Copilot Consultant (3–5 years of experience) to join and strengthen our growing Microsoft practice. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking team, contributing to the end-to-end delivery of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. From understanding business needs to designing and deploying impactful solutions, your work will directly support organizations in achieving meaningful results.

What you will do

• Contribute to implementation projects using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Copilot
• Design and develop low-code/no-code solutions tailored to client needs across multiple industries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in national and international environments
• Support all project phases: solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

• Around 3–5 years of experience in Power Platform implementation projects
• Experience or exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-related solutions (highly valued)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments and integrations
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in collaborative and diverse teams
• Effective communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or AI are a plus
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
