Power Module Engineer – Electrical

After a customized introduction period, you will act as a technical expert in electrical module customization.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Customization of power semiconductor modules in interdisciplinary teams
• Planning and execution of electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor devices and modules
• Evaluating and analyzing data, as well as presenting the results as a base for decision-making on technical issues
• Planning the build-up of prototypes in a sample lab

Your Profile
You are solution-orientated, highly motivated and have a broad technical interest. You study and find innovative approaches together in a team, respecting different attitudes and points of view and utilizing the resulting creative potential. Through your forward-looking planning, you always ensure a high level of quality.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Have successfully completed a university degree (Master's / PhD) in physics or electrical engineering
• Have a solid knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronic semiconductor components, e.g. IGBTs, MOSFETs and diodes
• In addition, have initial experience in the field of electrical and thermal measurement technology
• Be familiar with software solutions for the evaluation and analysis of measurement data
• Be able to communicate confidently and fluently English
