The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Power BI Developer to join our Enterprise Data Platform team. You will help translate business needs into interactive dashboards, insightful data models and reliable reporting solutions that drive decision making across the company.
What you will be doing
You coach, advise and support the business in using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Build and optimize Power BI data models using DAX, Power Query (M) and relationships for performance and scalability
You operate, monitor and manage the Microsoft Fabric capacity and related gateways.
You act as 2nd Level Support for Power BI and Fabric related incidents and problems.
Work with data engineers to improve data pipelines, semantic models and governance processes
Troubleshoot report performance issues, refresh errors and data inconsistencies

Align with business stakeholders to gather and understand the requirements, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
What we need from you
You hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science
You are an expert in data visualization with Power BI, SQL queries, DAX and M with at least 6 years of experience.
You have proven experience with modelling of semantic layers and data transformation (Power Query) with at least 4 years of experience.
You have experience in managing and configuring gateways, ensuring secure data transfer and supporting direct query capabilities.
You have expertise in capacity planning, with knowledge in monitoring and managing system capacity and optimizing performance.
You have strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to effectively investigate and resolve incidents.
You have the ability to automate tasks through scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.

PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
DP-600: Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
You are fluent (written and spoken) in English.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, to collaborate with various stakeholders and to advise and train the business.
What is nice to have:
You have experience as a Data Engineer.
You have experience with Alteryx.
