Powder Coater / Industrial Painter

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary

We are hiring Powder Coaters / Industrial Painters to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will apply powder coatings to metal products using an airless spray gun, operate powder coating equipment, and load and unload the powder coat line. Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to metal products using an airless spray gun.
• Load and unload parts on the powder coat line.
• Prepare and mask parts prior to coating.
• Operate powder coat ovens and painting equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on powder coating equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Organize and identify parts throughout the production process.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Wear required PPE, including a respirator and dust mask.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience operating powder coat ovens or airless spray equipment is a plus.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16".
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and required PPE.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment, paint materials, and varying temperatures.
