Responsibilities

Your Role:

 

Will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment used in waste collection and processing facilities.

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to resolve them promptly, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing system disruptions.• Oversee or complete the installation and upgrading of electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and power distribution systems, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.• Complete required documentation related to repairs, equipment/parts orders, and maintenance activities. Prepare detailed reports on the status of electrical systems and recommend improvements for preventive maintenance.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to electrical systems and waste management. Conduct safety audits, implement corrective measures, and maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in waste management or industrial setting.• Valid driver’s license

• Company Vehicle provided• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Shifts may vary, 40+ hours per week (overtime available)
