In this role, you will serve as a critical resource for our Portuguese-speaking users, guiding them through their streaming experience, addressing inquiries, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support through chat, email, and phone in Portuguese.
• Assist users with account creation, content selection, and overall platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming, billing, and subscriptions.
• Document customer inquiries and resolutions for future reference and improved service.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve advanced customer issues.
• Keep abreast of new platform features, content updates, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Understanding of streaming platforms and their functionalities is a plus.
• A passion for the streaming industry and a dedication to providing outstanding support.
