Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation process for Portuguese-speaking clients, aligning the software with their specific needs.
• Provide comprehensive training to users, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with the software.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Troubleshoot any issues throughout the implementation phase to ensure timely resolution.
• Support clients post-implementation, ensuring optimal utilization of the software and satisfaction.
• Engage with internal teams to suggest improvements in the implementation process based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory, with proficiency in English being an advantage.
• Experience in software implementation or related project management roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in delivering training and collaborating with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with software deployment methods and tools is advantageous.
• A strong customer-oriented approach and a keen interest in technology.
