Responsibilities

• Support Portuguese-speaking clients by providing in-depth knowledge of our product solutions and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and informative presentations that showcase our offerings effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads and drive sales initiatives.
• Collect and analyze customer insights to contribute to product development and enhancement efforts.
• Maintain a current understanding of product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a product consultancy role is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex product information clearly and effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A commitment to helping clients achieve their goals through effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is an advantage.
