Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking partners, assisting with their inquiries and support needs.
• Offer expert advice on product features and ensure optimal partner utilization.
• Collaborate with partners to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of partner interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Monitor partner feedback trends and work to enhance service offerings.
• Team up with internal resources to develop and update training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to tackle partner challenges.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and dedication to ensuring partner success are essential.
