Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers through chat, email, or phone regarding their online shopping needs.
• Deliver comprehensive product information and tailored recommendations to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, payments, or returns efficiently.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to help improve service quality and enhance the online shopping experience.
• Stay informed about product details, promotions, and policies to provide accurate support to customers.
• Foster a positive and welcoming online environment through engaging and friendly communication.
• Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve the online shopping journey for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the e-commerce industry, is highly preferred.
• Ability to assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient problem-solving skills.
• Experience with online shopping platforms and CRM software is beneficial.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to collaborate well in a team environment.
