In this position, you will be essential in providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguese-speaking customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our product offerings in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Portuguese-speaking clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Share knowledge about our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and resolve complex inquiries.
• Stay informed on company products and policies to provide reliable support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in a multilingual setting, is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
