Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies with precision and care.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to address customer needs promptly.
• Keep abreast of marketplace trends, product updates, and industry news to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or marketplace-related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer experience.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital communication platforms.
