Responsibilities

• Interact with Portuguese-speaking gamers through live chat, providing friendly, accurate, and timely support.
• Resolve a range of gaming-related inquiries, including gameplay mechanics, account management, and technical support.
• Inform players about game updates, features, and community standards.
• Maintain detailed logs of player interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
• Work closely with the gaming team to relay player insights and enhance service delivery.
• Encourage positive player interactions to promote a respectful and enjoyable gaming experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; ability to communicate in English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for video games.
• Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with popular titles and platforms.
• Experience with live chat software or customer support tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to better serve players.
